Job Title: Sales Representative

Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through leads, referrals, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to meet customer needs.
- Achieve sales targets and outcomes within the assigned schedule.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a results-driven approach.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
